Oppo K10x comes on September 16, specs have been revealed

When it comes to the Oppo K-series, we know that the company tends to launch multiple variants. It happened with the Oppo K9 series that got a multitude of devices and is also happening with the newer Oppo K10 series. That said, Oppo plans to launch yet another device for this smartphone lineup. The new member to join the family is the Oppo K10x. The device will reach the market on September 16 and Oppo is already teasing some of its specifications. In addition to that, the device passed through the TENAA certification, leaving just a little to the imagination.

Interestingly, this Oppo K10x seems to be based on the Realme 9 Pro. It’s not uncommon to see Oppo and Realme sharing resources since both companies are below the same conglomerate. As per the TENAA listing, the phone carries model number PGGM10. It’s similar but does not bring the same set of specifications as the Realme 9 Pro.

Oppo K10x specifications

According to TENAA, the Oppo K10x packs a triple-camera setup. There is a 64 MP main camera, an 8 MP ultrawide snapper, and 2 MP auxiliary shooters. The similarities continue with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC and a 6.59-inch LCD screen. This panel has a punch-hole cutout for the 16 MP camera. We assume it’s a Full HD+ screen with 2,412 x 1,080 pixels of resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. After all, these are the specs of the Realme 9 Pro.

The phone also comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a micro SD card slot. As per the listing, the handset will also come with a huge 5,000 mAh battery. Nowadays, that’s a signature feature for mid-range devices. Interestingly, it will come with an improved 67 W fast charging. It’s twice the offered with the Realme 9 Pro. So, the company decided to improve this spec and rebrand the device. We expect this device to still run ColorOS 12 instead of the Android 13-based Color OS 13.
