Infinix Zero 5G 2023

The brands under the Transsion group are increasing their efforts in the market. While Tecno is set to launch what may be the best device in its story with MediaTek Dimensity 9000, Infinix is back with a new compelling 5G smartphone. The previously-leaked Infinix Zero 5G 2023 is reaching the market today. It’s an appealing phone with the new Dimensity 1080 and an affordable $239 price tag.

Infinix Zero 5G 2023 specifications

The Infinix Zero 5G 2023 is a mid-range smartphone with 5G. To cut some costs we have a 6.78-inch IPS LCD screen with Full HD+ resolution. This is a good panel with up to 120 Hz refresh rate. The company offers 60 Hz and 120 Hz steps for the display. There is also an Auto-Smart Switch Refresh rate. That may switch between 60 Hz and 120 Hz refresh rate. Of course, this is not something on the level of an LTPO AMOLED screen, but that may conserve energy. The smartphone also has a 240 Hz touch sampling rate.

Infinix Zero 5G 2023

Under the hood, the Infinix Zero 5G 2023 has the MediaTek Dimensity 1080 SoC. It has 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of Internal Storage. It is worth noting that a virtual RAM option allows you to increase it to 13 GB. The smartphone draws power from a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging. In terms of optics, the smartphone has a 50 MP AI camera. Moreover, it has a 2 MP depth sensor and another 2 MP module for macro. The software supports Super Night Mode and Night Filter features for low-light images. The main camera supports 960 fps slow motion, and there is a Sky Remap editing feature for turning Hazy Skies to Blue.

The Infinix Zero 5G 2023 will launch in Pearly White, Coral Orange, and Submarine Black. Infinix confirms a price tag of $239 but states that the price “will vary by region”. Hopefully, the VAT rates will not hurt that price tag so much. After all, a high price can ruin the deal.
