Unleash Your Selfie Game with the Infinix Zero 30 5G

Infinix Zero 30 5G Launch

Infinix has just launched the recently teased Infinix Zero 30 5G. And while the device comes with many features, the biggest highlight of the device is its selfie camera.

No, Infinix didn’t just increase the megapixel count of the selfie camera. Instead, the Infinix Zero 30 5G front camera brings 4K video recording capabilities. That makes the Zero 30 one of the very first phones to come with such video recording abilities.

Infinix Zero 30 5G Core Specs

While the spotlight of the Infinix Zero 30 5G is on the 50MP selfie camera, it’s not the only thing that makes the device good. The phone offers a lot for the money. On the back, the device has a 108MP primary sensor with OIS and PDAF. It’s a Samsung ISOCELL HM6 sensor, which comes with a 6-element f/1.65 lens.

In addition, the back of the phone features a 13MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP depth sensor. Also, the Infinix Zero 30 5G features a circular flash, which the brand calls Aura Light. It comes with four LEDs to give you the perfect photo with a natural-looking light.

On that note, the front camera of the Infinix Zero 30 5G is also from Samsung. It’s the ISOCELL JN1 module, which has support for PDAF. Interestingly, the front camera also comes with a flash, which Infinix has embedded into a tiny bezel right above the screen. This flash will definitely help when you’re taking selfies in dimly lit conditions.

Back Camera

Under the hood, the Infinix Zero 30 5G comes with a Dimensity 8020 SoC. It’s one of the upper mid-range chipsets from MediaTek, which can offer smooth and fast overall performance. For those wondering, it’s an eight-core CPU with one four-core CPU cluster at 2.6GHz.

Infinix has paired that SoC with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. So, you can run demanding apps and store large files with ease. However, the storage is not expandable. So, if you’re looking to grab the device, I would recommend getting the model with the highest internal storage.

Screen, Battery, Color Options, and Pricing Information

On the front of the Zero 30 5G, you’ll find a 6.78-inch AMOLED display. It’s an FHD+ panel with 144Hz refresh rate. That means it can offer images with high details and buttery-smooth motions. The panel also has a touch sampling rate of 360Hz, which will make the whole experience feel fluid.

Infinix has curved the Zero 30 5G screen to make it easier to handle. And while I’m not a big fan of curved screens, the curvature of the phone definitely makes the phone look premium.

Moving on, the phone features a 5000mAh battery, which is pretty large and should offer decent screen-on time. The great part is that you don’t even need to wait long to make it charge from 0% to 100% as the phone has 68W fast charging support.
